Mint yogurt chutney is usually served as a condiment to all the types of kebab’s, Tandoori’’s, samosa and even It can used in the preparations of chaats. This chutney enhances the taste of the dish specially the chicken based dish which is prepared by smoking in hot tandoor.

Serves:1 bowl

Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml)

Mint leaves/Pudina 1 ½ cup

Coriander leaves 1 cup

Curd ½ cup

Green chilli 1

Garlic Clove 1

Ginger 1//2 inch

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Chat masala powder ½ tsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Instructions:

1.Take all the ingredients listed above and add to a blender except curd.

2.Blend without adding any water till you get coarse paste.

3.Now add curd and blend again till you get smooth paste.

4Your mint yogurt chutney is ready to serve as a condiment to all the types of Kebab’s, Tandoori’s, Samosa and chaats.
