Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml)

Puri’s 20 to 24 (Makes 4 plate)

Curd/Dahi 1 cup

Sweet chutney

Green chutney

Boiled potatoes 2, roughly mashed

Tomato 1, chopped

Onion 1, chopped

Red chilli powder pinch

Chaat masala powder pinch

Nylon sev ¼ cup

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Salt as required

Instructions:

1.In a bowl add curd and whip it well with the help of spoon.

2.In a plate place 5 to 6 puris’s and break from centre.

3.Fill few boiled potatoes, chopped tomato and onion inside each puri.

4.Sprinkle salt, chaat masala powder and red chilli powder inside puri.

5.Drizzle sweet chutney and green chutney over puri’s.

6.Further pour whipped curd inside each puri.

7.Now again sprinkle some red chilli powder.

8.Also drizzle both the chutney’s again.

9.Add nylon sev on top and garnish with coriander leaves.

10.Serve dahi puri immediately.

Note:

1.You can sprinkle some roasted cumin powder if you wish to.

2.Instead of chopped onion & tomato you can fill puri’s with boiled black gram and whole moong.

3.Prepare both the chutney’s well in advance and store in refrigerator. So that you can use whenever required in chaat preparations.
