Lehsoon Copra Chatni is a dry chatni prepared from Garlic and Copra and served as a side dish. This is from the Maharashtrian cuisine. This is very simple and easy to prepare. Specially those who like much of garlic flavor they will surely like this chatni. This can be preserved in a air tight container for about two weeks. Usually this chatney goes good along with rice and can also be served as a side dish for chapathi and idli depending upon your likes.

Preparation :
- Grate copra and dry roast . In a same pan add oil, roast garlic cloves and dry red chillies.
- Allow it to cool and blend the roasted ingredients along with salt and tamarind without using water.
- The chatney should be finely blend and Store them in a cool place.
- serve as a side dish.
